Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- The processing time for each bikini varies since they are made to order.
- It may take from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the current demand.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- For U.S. orders, delivery times may fall on the longer end of this range.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If they do, please contact us at contact@madebylera.com.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Sometimes the order will arrive 1-2 days after delivery confirmation.
- If the delivery hasn't arrived 48 hours after confirmation, please contact us at contact@madebylera.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Made by Lera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Made by Lera is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside of Canada and the United States.
