Where are you shipping from?

All orders are shipped to you from Montréal, Canada.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 2–7 business days, depending on your location.For U.S. orders, delivery times may fall on the longer end of this range.

Will I have the ability to track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey right to your doorstep.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If you selected standard shipping, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, but can occasionally take up to 20 business days.

Is it possible to exchange or return my bikini?

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 business days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, email us at contact.madebylera@gmail.com (and be sure to check your junk or spam folder for our reply).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 10 business days.

How do I determine the correct size for my bikini?

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, some styles may be restocked, but because we release small drops, not all pieces will return. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.

Where are your fabrics from?

Our fabrics are sourced and printed in Canada, working with local partners we trust to ensure quality and consistency.

How should I care for my bikini?

To help extend the life of your bikini, we recommend rinsing after each wear and hand washing in cold water with mild soap. Lay flat to dry when possible.

Your bikini is made to be worn and enjoyed, it can handle machine washing and drying, as well as chlorine from pools and salt water from the sea. However, for best long-term condition, we suggest avoiding bleach, high heat, and rough surfaces.

Do you offer exchanges for sizing?

We accept exchanges within 14 business days, depending on availability of stock in your preferred size.

How do your drops work?

We release small, limited collections throughout the year. Once a style sells out, it may not return or may come back in a future drop.
