Where are you shipping from?

All of our products are shipped to you from Montréal, Canada.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

The delivery time for each bikini varies as they are made to order. Processing your order may take 1-5 business days, followed by an additional 2-7 business days for shipping, depending on current demand. Is it possible to exchange or return my bikini?

We gladly accept exchanges and returns, provided that the items are returned within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order. For any return inquiries, please get in touch with us via contact.madebylera@gmail.com. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder for our reply. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If you have selected the standard shipping option, please allow a window of 7-20 business days for your order to reach you. Should your order not arrive within that timeframe, kindly contact us at contact.madebylera@gmail.com. Please note that the shipping time is in addition to the production time.

Will I have the ability to track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey right to your doorstep.
